Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Positive attitude and desire to work in a rapid-growth professional environment.
  • Technical Aptitude – Either you are in love with technology, or you have the desire to learn how technology impacts business and have the aptitude to understand its impact.
  • Phenomenal phone skills with the ability to convey enthusiasm and energy via phone.
  • Prior outbound fundraising or business to business calling experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Positive attitude and desire to work in a rapid-growth professional environment.
  • 2 or more years of continuous employment history.

Responsibilities:

  • Outgoing calls to follow up on existing technology contracts and purchases.
  • Outgoing calls to leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Explanation of our value proposition
.
  • Distribute marketing materials to prospects as needed.
  • Schedule 2-5 qualified appointments per week.
  • Work with marketing to develop outreach to prospect customers.
  • Self-motivated and achievement oriented.

Required Skills:

  • Prior customer-facing skills in a customer service capacity for at least 1 year.
  • High school diploma required. Minimum associate degree in business or technology.
  • Knowledge of and experience of managing customer expectations.
  • Strong Technical aptitude and knowledge and can translate the complexity of technology to a lay person’s language.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Problem solving, open-minded & level-minded.
  • Open to adapt to new situation and customer requests.
  • Analytical and capable of recognizing opportunity.
  • Multi-tasking in a sales sphere.
  • Team & customer oriented.
