We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in sales activities, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of sales operations within the managed services industry. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies to streamline processes and improve sales performance. 
  • Review quotes and proposals with Service Delivery Team and Sales team to confirm presentation to the customer is appropriate.  
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities. 
  • Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies. 
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 
  • Coordinate with marketing and finance teams to align sales operations with overall business objectives. 
  • Train and support the sales team on best practices and tools to enhance their productivity. 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. 
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales operations performance.

Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role within the managed services industry. 
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and data analysis. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of improving sales operations efficiency.
