The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple financial functions within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budget, including forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow. Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
- Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including tax filings, audits, and other statutory requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and financial modeling.
- Cash Management: Oversee cash flow management, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
