As our HubSpot Administrator, you will be the go-to person for all things HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub. You’ll develop smart automation workflows, optimize lead generation, and ensure seamless integrations with other platforms. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and technical execution.
Responsibilities
· Own & Optimize HubSpot: Oversee the full HubSpot ecosystem—CRM, marketing automation, email campaigns, workflows, and integrations.
· Drive Marketing Automation: Build and refine automated sequences, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
· Enhance the HubSpot CMS: Customize landing pages, emails, and forms with a mix of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (as needed).
· Streamline Sales Pipelines: Collaborate with sales teams to improve CRM functionality, automate follow-ups, and optimize deal flows.
· Implement Smart Integrations: Connect HubSpot with third-party tools (Slack, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.) via APIs and native integrations.
· Data & Reporting: Create custom dashboards and analytics reports to track performance, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights.
· Train & Support Teams: Educate employees on HubSpot best practices and troubleshoot issues to maximize efficiency.
· Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with HubSpot updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve our strategy.
Required Education and Experience:
· A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of four (4) years of experience.
· Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong understanding of workflows, email marketing, and lead segmentation.
· Experience with HubSpot CMS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization.
· Ability to connect HubSpot with other tools via APIs and third-party integrations.
· Strong analytics skills with experience in HubSpot reporting, tracking KPIs, and campaign optimization.
· Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and clearly explain solutions to non-technical teams.
· Must be able to work from our office in Hoboken, NJ.
Preferred Experience:
· HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, CMS, or CRM)
· Experience in IT consulting or related industries
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $125,000 annually depending on experience.
